Welcome to Week Two - Nutrition. Although you have likely come to see us due tot the pain you are suffering, Nutrition still plays a role in anybody's recovery, because we need to have you in the best place possible to recover fully.
It is easy to see how with a more optimal diet, and lower levels of inflammation - the body is going to recover quicker.
Although there is no "perfect nutritional plan", there are some fundamentals things we can do in the short term in order to help you along. As time progresses, it is important for each individual to see what works for them best, and each person may require a different approach.
We aren't saying - "Do this or you wont improve" - but instead we implore you to take responsibility for your own health - use this advice as a kick starter to seeing what works for you.
